At NomadicXperience, we believe travel should be personal, meaningful, and safe. These aren’t just rules — they’re promises we make to each other for an unforgettable journey.

1. What We Promise You

• Authentic experiences — local food, culture, and slow travel.

• Safety and care during all activities.

• Transparent communication about your trip (no hidden costs).

• Respect for your time and your trust — we treat you like family.

2. What We Ask From You

• Come with an open mind and respect for local culture, people, and environment.

• Understand that mountain travel can involve unexpected changes (weather, roads, etc.). We’ll adapt together.

• Be kind to our hosts and communities — their homes and stories make your journey special.

3. Bookings & Payments

• A small advance payment (non-refundable) secures your spot.

• The remaining payment is due before your trip begins.

• If something changes on your end, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate, but refunds follow our cancellation policy.

4. Cancellations

• Before 15 days: 80% refund (excluding the booking advance).

• 5-14 days: 50% refund.

• Less than 5 days: No refund (because we’ve already made arrangements with our local hosts).

• If we need to cancel (e.g., due to safety or weather), we’ll offer a full refund or a credit for a future trip.

5. Our Shared Responsibility

• We love our mountains — let’s keep them clean and green.

• Please avoid littering and use eco-friendly products where possible.

• Any personal injury or lost belongings are your responsibility, but we’re always here to help.

6. Flexibility & Trust

• Travel in the Himalayas is magical but unpredictable. Roads, weather, or local events may force changes to our plan. We promise to make the best decisions for your safety and experience.
